He is survived by: his friend Cline Jenkins; his wife Janet; his daughter April Bolander; his grandchildren, Sean Casey, Colleen Casey and Gabe Bolander; his great grandchild Olivia Casey; his niece Patricia McGuire; his great-nephew Scott; his nieces and nephews, Roxanne Demeter (George), Donna Wireman (Steve), Dianna Lagucki (Tom), Patricia Amici, Mike Piguet, Greg Piguet (Carolyn), Rod Piguet, Ed Deemer and Tim Bolander (Lisa); and his sister Charlotte Warnock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
