It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lee Neace of Wheelersburg, Ohio, born in Carter, Kentucky, who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jasper Neace; and his siblings, Jim Neace, Larry Neace, Ronnie Neace, Johnnie Neace and Donna Kay.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Neace of Stockdale, Bobby Joe Neace of Huntington, WVA, Rickey C. Neace of Beaver and Chelsea Neace of Portsmouth; his sisters, Jean, Geraldine, Geneva, Libby Stone and Pearl Slark; his grandchildren, Braxton Authors and Briley Neace; and his close friend Linda Covert.
