He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene and Helen Elizabeth Colley (Shaad); and his siblings, Bobby Colley, Roger Colley, Michael Colley, Brian Colley and Cheryl Parham.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy Colley of Wheelersburg; and his siblings, Tim Colley of Portsmouth and Vickie Barber of Portsmouth. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great- grandchild.
