He is survived by: his wife Joan Holsinger; his daughters, Tina Holsinger of Wheelersburg and Misty Luther (David) of Wheelersburg; his sister Shirley Conley of Wheelersburg; his grandsons, Carl Scott and Gabriel Scott (Mikayla); and his great grandchild Lainey Joan Scott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
