He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Wagner and Carrie Frances Wynn (Allen); and his siblings, James and Eloise. He is survived by: his spouse Betha Carol Wynn (Skeens); his sons, Mark and Daryl; his daughters-in-law, Missy and Becky; and his granddaughter Carrie Wynn.
