She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Withrow and Norma Jean Jordan Withrow; her husband Paul Richard Willard; and her siblings, Jerry Withrow, Barbara Stevens and Wanda Schisler.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Richard Willard Jr. (Michelle) and Lisa Rae Miller (Mike). She is also survived by two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
