He was predeceased by: his father Bert Kirkendall; his sister Jean L.; and his brother-in-law Ralph. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Stephens Kirkendall; his children, Jeff Kirkendall (April), Chris Kirkendall (Kelly) and Mandy (Mark); and his grandchildren, Michael, Zach, Cass, Caleb, Collin, Carly and Cortney. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and several brothers and sisters-in-law.
