She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Oppy and Georgia Booth (Wilburn). She is survived by: her children, Joshua Tate Smith and Leslie Jewell (David) of Wheelersburg; her brother John Oppy (Beverly) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Tyler (Kati), Zachary (Beth), Cole (Alex), Haley, Andrew and Lexi; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Clara Beth.
