He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Mullins and Willa Mae Andrews Mullins; his sons, Terry Mullins and Kevin Mullins; and his brothers, Leroy Mullins, Jerry Mullins, Jim Mullins and Steven Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Smith Mullins; his daughter Sherrie Blair (Chris); his grandchildren, Sarah Kent, Kevin La Framboise, Jeremiah La Framboise, Charlotte La Framboise, Charity Hiles, Rebecca Mullins of Terry, Mullins, II, Katelyn Shepherd, Charlene Kettler, Lilly Mullins and London Mullins; his daughter-in-law Jeanette Mullins; his siblings, Tom Mullins, Raymond Mullins, Wanda Catalfina and Linda Catalfina; and his caregiver Darlene Rife. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
