With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Jean McDowell of Wheelersburg, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on January 10, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Barker and Nancy Hoop (Marlow); her husband Donald E. McDowell; and her brother Joe Morrow Jr..

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Ohio National Guard Enlisted Association.
