He was predeceased by: his father Jay Carl Moore; his wife Mary Margaret Millhouse Moore; his siblings, Jack, Michael, Bill Moore, Patty Snook, Joann Schisler, Betty Fraley and Mary Adkins; and his son-in-law William "Bill" Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Moore (Lisa) and Pam Wright; his siblings, Otis Moore, Ronald Moore, Wellma Pherson and Irene Lewis; his grandchildren, Alecia Gulley (Joseph) and Derek Moore (Mari); and his great grandchild Ace Moore.
