With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Todd Tussey of Wheelersburg, Ohio, who passed away on March 3, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Debbie Arnett and Roger Arnett; his brothers, Jason and Roger (Garry Mathews); and his pets, Junior and Leroy "Little Man". He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and more cousins and friends.

“We recently met Todd and Garry at the Portsmouth Little Theater(we are A7&A8) and looked forward to seeing them at each show. Todd had such a wonderful laugh and thoroughly enjoyed each performance and we enjoyed watching him. We are grateful we got to know him. It won’t be the same without him there. Ray also worked with Roger for several years at Lowe’s. Our condolences to the Arnett family and to Garry. We are truly sorry for your loss. Ray & Lori Shively”
