She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Reeder and Eva Reeder (Thompson); her former husband Henry H. Dingess; her husband Don Neff; her siblings, Richard Reeder, Farnum Reeder, Lewis Reeder Jr., Mildred Hosey and Fern Mauk; and her sons-in-law, Ray Burchett, Donley Grant and Dave Sparks.
She is survived by: her children, Henry "Harry" Dingess (Ruth) of Wheelersburg, Richard Dingess (Roberta) of Traverse City, MI, Ronald Dingess (Joy) of Portsmouth, Judy Burchett of Minford, Barbara Grant of Reidsville, NC and Karen Sparks of Portsmouth. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great and great-great-grandchildren.
