She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Carl and Bessie Moore (Greene); and her siblings, William Moore (Glen), Jack Moore, Michael Moore, Betty Fraley, JoAnn Schisler and Patricia Snook.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry J. Adkins; her children, Kerry Adkins (Penny) of Columbus, Scott Adkins of Denver, CO and Teri Kielmar (David) of Wheelersburg; her siblings, Otis Moore of Wheelersburg, Milton "Dick" Moore of Wheelersburg, Ronnie Moore of London, OH, Wellma Pherson of Wheelersburg and Irene Lewis of Westerville; her grandchildren, Andy Kielmar, Shannon Grice, Allison Ahern, Jamie Adkins, Ian Adkins, Seth Adkins and Delaney Adkins; her great grandchildren, Piper, Shylar, River, Finn and Jackson; and her caregiver Rita Pitts.
