She was predeceased by: her parents, Paris Gullett and Jean Gullett of Wheelersburg; and her siblings, Dorinda Gullett and Robert Gullett. She is survived by: her children, Kristi Meadows (Jim), James Layne (Maria) and Sarah Warren (David); her brother Jim Gullett (Kim); her grandchildren, Chris Meadows (Amanda), Tim Meadows (Damon), Andrew Meadows, Jessie Ratcliffe (Ryan), Jamie Cihon (Kaleb), Alexis Warren, Jennah Herdman (Ethan), Laynah Kiser, Madison Layne, Emily Layne and Kaylah Warren; and her great grandchildren, Ariana, Carter and Zoey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SOMC Hospice.
