She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Jenkins and Lucille Jenkins (Whitley); her husband Larry; her daughter Teresa Evans; and her sisters, Mary Ann Brackey and Nancy Dale Bower.
She is survived by: her son Larry Hawkins, Jr. (Donna) of Jasper, IN; her son-in-law Joe Evans of Huntington, WV; her grandchildren, Clark Evans of Chicago, IL, Ross Evans (Alison) of New York, NY, Daniel Hawkins of Jasper, IN, Alex Hawkins (Chelsea) of Victor, NY, Lauren Hawkins of West Lafayette, IN and Grant Hawkins of Bloomington, IN; her sister Sarah Maxine DiPrima of Rochester, NY; her sisters-in-law, Carrol Klinker (Marvin) of Strongsville, OH and Sharon Gampp (Mike) of Minford; and her aunt Sharon Gampp.
