He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Smith and Ethel Smith (Hankins); his wife Elois Smith; his daughters, Beverly Tucker and Pamela Lewis; and his brothers, Ralph, Bill and Jim Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shirley King of Xenia, Jill Pauley (Jerry) and Jamestown; his grandson Roger Lewis; his close friend Juanita Toft of Wheelersburg; his grandchildren, Matthew, Erica, Dustin, Melissa, Beth, Trista, Ben, Toni and Jordain; and his sons-in-law, Matt Tucker and Rick McCarty. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
