He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexander Wheeler and Virgie Wheeler; his wife Cheryl; his children, Meagon Riggs (Jeremy), Matthew Wheeler (Trevor) and Caitlyn Wheeler (Jeff Walters); his grandchildren, Camdon, Khloe, Karissah Riggs, Gage, Ava and Liam Walters; his siblings-in-law, Traci Apel and Scott Kitchen; his nieces, Mykal Maxie and Bea Bradley; his nephew Jeffrey Apel; his siblings, Bill Wheeler, Darlene Locke, Gary Wheeler, Della Martin, Roy Wheeler and Cathy Lykins; and his parents-in-law, Sonnie Kitchen and Carol Turner.
In honor of his relentless fight, donations may be made in his name to SOMC Hospice, they along with all of his medical team were nothing short of amazing.
