It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Kay Maddox of Wheelersburg, Ohio, who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Dixon and Anna Stout Dixon; her daughter Kathy Ann Maddox; and her siblings, Paula Nelson, Marvin and Jim Dixon.
She is survived by: her former spouse Jerry M. Maddox of The Villages, FL; her children, Jerry W. Maddox (Kellie) of Ostrander and Lyn Setliff (Todd) of Wheelersburg; her grandchildren, Steven A. Kenard, Briana L. Smith, Keana and David Maddox; and her great grandchildren, Hudson, Lily Kenard, Jayce Maddox, Roger Rhodus and Mary Dixon. She is also survived by Mom cherished her family.
