He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Williams, and Hazel Williams, Sr. (Chamberlain); and his siblings, Janet Louise, Allen, Jr., Wayne, Richard, Don and Kenneth "Deac".
He is survived by: his wife Alice Williams; his daughter Jennifer L. Cooper (Ron) of Highland, IN; his grandchildren, Allison Cooper and Chad Cooper (Ashli); his great grandchildren, Lyla, Draper, Sienna and Theodore; and his brother Melvin.
