She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Brown Jones and Vashti Jane Hutchinson; her husband Paul Richard Ruark; her daughters, Paula Regina Sommer (Barney) and Kimberly Kay Tilley (Bernie); and her siblings, Grady, Robert Jr., Minna V, Albert, Juanita, Sarah, Mayola and Merrill.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joshua Sommer (Megan), Danielle Babu (Badhree) and Kaylee Haney (Anthony); her sister Cleo Jane Jones Singletary; her great grandchildren, Scarlett, Violet, Sterling, Luke, Ezekiel and Tillie; and her niece Tammy Nelson (Fred). She is also survived by family nieces and nephews.
