She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Wiggins and Sally DeVoss Wiggins; her husband Homer Smith; her daughter Betty Dyer (Amel); and her granddaughter Michelle Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, John Smith (Dodie) of Wheelersburg, Bill Smith (Pam) and Jeff Smith (Luvada) of Wheelersburg; her sisters, Naomi Chahal (Sukhminder) and Eileen Carnes (Jim); her grandchildren, Melissa Perkins (Dave) and Amel Dyer; and her great grandchildren, Nathan Smith, Ashley Smith, Cole Perkins and Dash Perkins.
