He is survived by: his wife Joyce Weaver Mullens; his children, Tammy Mullens of Ironton, Tracy Mullens of Ironton, Christopher McCleese (April) of Rubyville, Erica Mott (John) of Sciotoville and Kyle McCleese (Sarah) of West Portsmouth; his sisters, Mary Ruggles (Steve) of Franklin Furnace and Peggy Baker of Wheelersburg; and his grandchildren, Lexi Mullens, Ava McCleese, Bradley McCleese, Isaac Mott, Jaiden Mott, Kylee McCleese and Colton McCleese.
