She is survived by: her son Mike Milligan of Lucasville; her siblings, James Conlon (Joetta) of Cincinnati, Betty Bales of Ormond Beach, FL, Margie Haas of Norwood, OH, Anita Jenkins of Ormond Beach, FL and Terri Loyd of Cincinnati; and her grandchildren, Megan Milligan of Bradenton, FL and Paige Milligan of West Portsmouth.
