He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Frazier and Wilma Adkins Frazier; and his siblings, Chuck, Roger, Jeff and Pam Jackson.

He is survived by: his wife Ginger Groves Frazier; his sons, Michael "Mick" Frazier (Brandie) and Scott Lee Frazier (Michelle); his siblings, Larry Frazier, Sharon Roberts and Jill Newton; and his grandchildren, Britney, Katelin, Tifany, Cole, Harley, Mila and Mickayla. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
