He is survived by: his wife Linda Barnett (Otworth); his son Jeb Barnett; his siblings, Rick Barnett (Pam), Faye Jenkins (Roy), Barbara Phipps (Don) and Deloris Howard (Dave); and his brother-in-law Jack Scarberry.
