He is survived by: his wife Peggy Vastine; his children, Nancy Hawk (Rich) of Wheelersburg, Jim Vastine (Anita) of Wheelersburg, Jay Vastine (Jamie) of Wheelersburg, Kristi Vastine of Wheelersburg, Zack Vastine (Brittany) of Rosemount and Beau Vastine of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Paula Hawk Carver of Dallas, TX, Kim Hawk Skopljak of Denver, CO, Sam Hawk of Columbus, OH, Tyler Vastine (Maegan) of Lucasville, Haleigh Vastine of Columbus, Adam Vastine of Columbus, Mia Vastine of Wheelersburg, Kylie Vastine of Wheelersburg, Kole Vastine of Wheelersburg, Hailey Arnett of Wheelersburg, Chloe Arnett of Wheelersburg, Cooper McKenzie of Wheelersburg, Miller McKenzie of Wheelersburg, Cameron McKenzie of Wheelersburg, Kinley Vastine of Rosemount, Mylie Pistole of Rosemount and Brayleigh Pistole of Rosemount; his great grandchild Hadley Mae Vastine of Lucasville; and his siblings, Rosalie Ratcliff of Wheelersburg and Ronald Vastine (Jeannie) of Rosemount.
