He is survived by: his children, Patrick Lee of Ironton, Kathleen Snyder (Tucker) of Proctorville, Nikki Johnson of Russell, Gavin Lee of Greenup and Ryleigh Justice of Barboursville, WV; and his siblings, Keith Smith of Ashland and Lynn Ann Smith Burdette of Grayson.
