He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Weaver and Vina E. Weaver (Horner); his wife Mary Weaver; and his siblings, Thomas Weaver, Robert Weaver, Arthur "Bo" Weaver Jr., Virginia Fannin and Mary Ann Abbott.
He is survived by: his sisters, Ruth Duelly (Terry), Sandy Johnson (Ronnie) and Susan Gerlach; his stepdaughter Diane Barker (Homer); and his grandchildren, Carey Brabson (Nick), Gary Haywood (Jennifer), Lisa Kirkpatrick (Shane), Jessica Schanafelt (Michael), Michelle Haywood, Mia Haywood, Sylvia Neal, Homer Barker Jr. (Tonya) and Joseph Barker (Cindy). He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren and seven great - great grandchildren.
