He is survived by: his siblings, Ellie Rose Frazier of Waverly, Demi Frazier of Wheelersburg, Ohio and Sam Skaggs of Wheelersburg, Ohio; his daughter Marley Frazier of Wheelersburg, Ohio; his aunt Dale; his uncle Branda Frazier; his grandmother Priscilla Frazier; his nephew Sterling Staggs; his friend Angie Locke; and his cousin Emilia Moss. He is also survived by many other cousins, friends and family.
