Carl Lester Mullins Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carl Lester Mullins of Wheelersburg, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 29, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dell Mullins and Salie Mullins; and his siblings, Floyd, Elmer, Randy Mullins and Edith Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Jean; his daughter Lisa Dawn Biars (James); his siblings, Glen of Wakeman, Earnie of Amarillo, TX, Roy (Bev) of Grove Port, Ricky of Minford and Ree (Charlie) of Minford; and his pets, Brendel and Candy Man. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the White Cemetery (4979 White Gravel-McDaniel Rd, Minford, OH 45653).
