He is survived by: his wife Rita Dixon Harper; his children, Judy Harper (Charles Stewart) of Wheelersburg and Jamie Harper (Tiffany Howell) of Sciotoville; his grandchildren, Skyler Dixon, Brice Harper, Taylor Harper, Landon Howell, McKinzie Howell and Abby Harper; his great grandchild Serenity Harper; his sister Kathy Reese (Carl); his nephews, Mark Harper and Tanner Tolbert; his mother-in-law Judy Dixon; and his brother-in-law Mike Dixon.
