He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Bobby Gene Howard, Sr.; his wife Amy Rammel; his children, Gabriella Reeyce Howard and Taylor Appling; his mother Roxanne Nichols of New Boston; his sisters, Misty Jewett (Jason) of Lucasville and Annie Howard (Craig) of Lucasville; his mother-in-law Margo Rammel of West Union; his sister-in-law Melissa Rammel of West Union; his aunts and uncles, Dave Howard (Dee Dee) of Sciotoville, Larry Howard of Minford, Barbara Hall of Latham and Donna Arthur of West Portsmouth; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Ty, Dylan, Logan and Ledjer Howard. He was also cherished by several great-nieces and great-nephew and many cousins.
