It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Sue Tobiason of Wheelersburg, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dave Shaffer; and her husband Arlo Melvin Tobiason. She is survived by: her children, Cordell Arlo Tobiason, Dana Mittleider and Dawn Smith; and her siblings, David Shaffer, Margaret Chapman, Donna Anglin and Brenda Mollett. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
