She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Dale Neff; her children, Cody Neff (Micshell) of South Webster, Jamie Nicole Payton (Nick) of Wheelersburg, Jodi Delong (Donald) of Pedro and Kimberly Neff of South Webster; her siblings, Jerry Michael Payton (Donna) of Wheelersburg and Annette Richardson (Brad) of Wheelersburg; her grandchildren, Courtney, Chance, Trace, Lacey, Charity, Dakota, Chase, Jordan, Corey and Cheyenne; and her close friend Ernestine Maynard. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
