She is survived by: her children, William Altman (Anne) of Lakeland, Florida, Beverly Lutzs of Sciotoville and Cindy Rankins (Greg) of South Portsmouth, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Chris Lutzs, Shawn Lutzs, Mike Werner, Cody Rankins, Brad Altman, Robby Altman, Hannah Altman, Amber, Clayton and Jessica. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
