She was predeceased by: her parents, Columbus Fraley and Louise Fraley (Barber); her husband Freddie C. Bettis; her sister Jeanette Smith; and her brother-in-law Arnold Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Bettis of Wheelersburg and Fred Bettis (Linda) of Wheelersburg; her grandson Zachary Bettis of Wheelersburg; and her nephew James Smith of South Carolina.
