He was predeceased by: his parents, Tracy Baker and Olive Baker (Brashares); and his brothers-in-law, David Bennett and Joseph Fabo. He is survived by: his daughter Jeralyn of Michigan; his sister Beverly Bennett of Upper Sandusky; and his wife Donna J. Dilley. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and special friends/neighbors.
