We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2020, at the age of 87, Emogene Ladd of Wharton, Ohio, born in Kingsport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Riggs and Ethel Riggs (Adkins). She is survived by: her spouse Dale Ladd; her children, Butch Osborne (Patsy) and Betty Burton of Spring Hill, TN; and her siblings, Wayne Riggs of Rockport, IN, Edna Crumley (Edd), Richard Riggs (Sharon), Norma Love (Bobby) and Mike Riggs (Tootie). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
