She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Secrist and Fairy Secrist (Bristoll); and her husband Donald E. Stephan. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Shields (William), Don Stephan (Carol) and Carol Moranville (Stephen) of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 step great grandchild.
