It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tamara Werner of Westville, Ohio, born in Troy, Ohio, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford E. Piper and Linda M. Piper (Meeker); her son Charles Werner III; and her grandmother Emma R. Meeker. She is survived by: her fiancé James Warman; and her children, Damion Werner and Cheyenne Warman.
