He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Flanigan and Cecilia Flanigan (Leonard); his son Dan Flanigan; and his brother Mike Flanigan. He is survived by: his wife Julie Flanigan (Neer); his children, Deb Castle (Doug) and Denise Zerkle (Scott); his grandchildren, Danica, Devin, Zach Zerkle, Stacie Herald (Zachary), Ryan Castle (Morgan), Daniel Flanigan (Betsy), Darby Grove (Nathan) and Dayna Flanigan; his great grandchildren, Easton Castle, Patrick Flanigan, Larkin Grove, Brynna Flanigan and Henry Herald; his sisters, Margaret Thoma (Charles) and Mary Susan Russell; and his siblings-in-law, Tom and Judie O'Brien. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Guests are respectfully asked to wear masks and attendance will be monitored to ensure safety for everyone attending.
