He was predeceased by: his brother John Richard "Dick"; and his great grandchild Daniel Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hillier (Moore); his children, Tina Emmerich (Jeff), Steve Hillier (Robin) and Diane Hillier; his grandchildren, Joshua Emmerich (Jeanne), Heather Emmerich, Clay Edwards and Cole Hogrefe; his great grandchildren, Angela, Benjamin, Jackson and Laynie; and his siblings, Gary Hillier (Shelly) and Carol Naugle (Roy).
