He is survived by: his mother Judith Birkenkamp; his son Casey Birkenkamp (Ashley) of Custar, Ohio; his stepson Michael Brian Hall of North Carolina; his siblings, Karen Birkenkamp, Bryan, Kevin and Randy Birkenkamp; his stepbrother Keith Carros; his grandchildren, Rowen, Izabella, Madison and Mason; and his friend Robin Lovless.
