Phyllis Lopez Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Lopez (Weston, Ohio), born in Bowling Green, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Frost and Maxine Frost (Mapes); and her sister Shirley Walls. She is survived by: her husband Sixto; her children, Stefanie and Michael (Bethany); her grandchildren, Beckham and Tenley; and her siblings, Larry Frost (Nancy), Bonnie Hartman (Richard) and Scott Frost (Sue). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Huntington Bank for a scholarship memorial fund for Beckham and Tenley Lopez, the Ability Center of Greater Toledo or The ALS Association Northern Ohio Chapter should be considered.
