It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Getzinger of Weston, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bernard and Frances E. Getzinger (Wooley); and his siblings, Daniel Getzinger, Ernest Getzinger and Betty Brian.
He is survived by: his wife Helen C. Skelley of Altoona Pennsylvania; his children, Kathleen Cole (Floyd), Pamulla Cole (William), Laurie Tatum, Nicholas Getzinger, Jr. (Tracy), Richard Getzinger (Amanda), Walter Getzinger (Michelle) and Albert Getzinger; and his brother Walter "Jim" Getzinger (Cindy). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
