He was predeceased by: his parents, David Vollmar and Carrie Vollmar (Ershick); his son John Vollmar; his son-in-law David Thomas; his great grandchild Brady Crow; and his siblings, Wayne, Paul, Richard, David Vollmar Jr., Ilene Jeffers, Frances Chancey and Kay Reeder.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Crow, Kim Thomas, Cindy Borders (Curtis) and Penny Hanna (Tom); and his siblings, Betty Box, Ruby Ducat (Bill), Shirley Householder (Richard), Rose Davis and George Vollmar (Anna). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
