He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard and Margie Viola Howard; and his girlfriend Debbie Perry. He is survived by: his daughters, Tricia Fosgate and Charity Snyder; and his friend Albert Goris.

Memorial contributions may be given to The Wood County Humane Society.
