He was predeceased by: his brother Jayson M. Beroske. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Beroske and Heidi Beroske (Timpe); his wife Caitlin Hancock; his daughters, Eleanor Beroske and Kinsley Beroske; his stepdaughter Hadi Hancock; his sisters, Sara Swartz (Robert) and Tiffany Spaur (Perry); his nephews, Rowan Spaur and Maverick Swartz; his niece Emma Swartz; his parents-in-law, Phyllis and Don Hancock; and his grandmothers, Joyce Timpe and Mary Beroske. He is also survived by sister and brother-law and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
