He is survived by: his parents, Gene Mazey and Sue Mazey (Bechstein) of Grand Rapids; his wife Michelle Booth of Weston; his children, Tyler Mazey (Kinsey) of Weston and Aubrey Mazey of Weston; and his siblings, Kevin Mazey (Amy) of Weston and Ryan Mazey (Sandy) of Weston.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dunn Funeral Home- Bowling Green Chapel (408 W Wooster St, Bowling Green, OH 43402).
